IMIS has worked along with Australian Maritime Systems (the prime contractor) to install and configure the standards compliant MariWeb version 4 for the Canadian Coast Guard national AIS network. The system connects more than 100 AIS base stations and can collect and display data from more than 100,000 ships fitted with AIS units.

The system links all the Canadian Coast Guard regional systems regions to two central systems.
