MariWeb Mobile (“the App”) is provided by IMIS Global (“we”, “our”, “us”) for use by organisations and their staff / membership that are already registered users of the MariWeb system.


This Privacy Policy describes how MariWeb collects, uses, and protects information when users access and use the App.

The App is intended for registered users the MariWeb system. The App itself does not allow the creation or registration of new user accounts.

1.1 Information from the Main System

The App accesses user information already stored in the main system, such as:

The App does not collect or change this information — it is limited to the display or use of the data already present in a registered organisations system.

1.2 Location Information

With express permission, the App may collect approximate or precise location to enable location-dependent features used by the main system.

The App will collect:

  • Operating system version
  • Unique device identifiers
  • App usage information

This is used for performance monitoring and diagnostics.

1.4 Push Notification Token

The App uses a device token generated through Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications.

This token does not contain personal information.
